I would just like to say a massive thank you to both you and Gael for all your help and assistance. I really thought that we were dead and buried and that we were going to lose our dream home. But you knowledge and experience have made this purchase possible and we are both truly grateful. Please pass on our thanks to Gael who was probably sick of my constant questions and mailing of forms, She has been great and always offered us the support and advice we needed promptly.

Dear Gael, I note that our first mortgage payment was made yesterday and it reminded me that I must thank you again for your exceptional service and assistance in the processing of our loan to purchase the property in Campeaux. The simplicity and efficiency of both you and the bank made the entire process run extremely smoothly, which was of great relief to Joanna and I in Australia.
We are in the process of dealing with an architect who is organising all our planning approvals etc. for the renovations of the property and on this basis we expect to be back in contact with you in approx. 12 months to organise a further mortgage loan to fund the building works (as we discussed previously).

I had been putting off taking out Life Insurance in France due to the rather daunting amount of paperwork, for while I read French reasonably well after some years living here, Life Insurance documentation allows no room for errors.
